A Crunched customer success specialist plays a pivotal role to the overall strategy and long-term growth of our business. Customer success specialists work directly with new and existing users to drive their success within the software. This position requires an ambitious, self motivated individual with a strong ability to work proficiently in a fast paced, team environment. The key objectives include building strong customer relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring the customers progress throughout the customer life cycle. This position will include be mainly in office, with some light traveling and event attendance.
