Customer support representatives at Crunched fulfill the important task of assisting users with various software support questions. While bookkeeping experience is a benefit, it is not required for this position. Within this position, you will work directly with subscribed users on software support, both on the phone as well as our in-app chat system. The key objectives of this position include successful customer support task resolution, ticket escalation management, and above all, great customer service. This position will require great communication skills, attention to detail, and the desire to WOW.
